史太白运用基于双元制教育理念的“项目能力提升学习法”(见图1)，学员从工作环境中选取一个与商业相关的主题(= 真实案例，即主题=案例=总项目)，通过“真实案例”的解决方案，开展业务的同时加深对商业知识的理解。

学员拟订让所在企业直接受益的真实项目（见图2），按照项目能力提升的学习方法，把总项目分解成各个分项目，针对每个项目进行系统化理论学习，并指导学生把相应理论方法和工具应用到各个分项目的具体实施中，各个分项目实施完成需做项目报告，所有分项目的实施完成汇总成册就完成了总项目商业计划书=毕业论文
