6月11日上午，蒋耀平副部长在德国经济之家出席上海国际技术进出口交易会推介座谈会，介绍了中德经贸关系简况以及中方愿加强对德技术合作的愿望。随访的商务部服务贸易司李元副巡视员推介了上海国际技术进出口促进中心及拟于2012年下半年举行的首届上海国际技术进出口交易会。德国工业联合会、史太白基金会及德国外交部代表出席并介绍了史太白基金会等技术转移机构在相关领域的经验和做法。
