5月9日晚，市商务委副主任、上海市国际技术进出口促进中心主任陈先进会见了德国史太白维尔纳·菲克斯博士（Dr. Werner G. Faix）一行。双方就共同推进德国史太白与上海市国际技术进出口促进中心的合作交换了意见。陈先进副主任表示，双方的合作将发挥史太白旗下910多个国际技术转移中心网络以及来自各领域专家的优势，为中国企业定制符合商业环境的商业模式。菲克斯博士表示，非常希望能与促进中心展开密切的合作，互通信息，共同促进中国企业在技术转移方面的发展。
